N Scale Kit: Assembly and finishing required

This building was inspired from the machine shop that used to be on Boyle street in Edmonton, Alberta, right next to the subway tracks. It was built as a heavy machine works but saw duty as a printing company and most recently a bottle depot! We have captured the look of the building when it was a machine fabrication facility. JanBouli’s Golf Tee manufacturing is named in fun for an avid N scale modeler and golfer in the Netherlands with a really cool name! No matter how you model this detailed little building, it is sure to start a conversation on its history and use.
