This tool house is modeled after the Canadian Pacific Railways Standard No.3 Single Tool House for maintainers of automatic signals along the CPR line. The design originated in 1912 and found use right up to modern day.

It includes full interior studs/framing for the modeler who enjoys super detailing. Also includes 3D engraved vents, laser cut shingles, engraved basswood siding, door hinges/locks, and security screens for the windows.
