Paul & Verna’s place is a typical addition that you would find on older single wide mobile homes in any of the trailer parks in North America. These homebuilt structures provide extra living space while still fitting into the confines of the trailer stall that you own or lease.

You can use this kit to enhance one of our mobile home kits, or alternately you can add this addition to any suitable structure that you may already have.

The kit comes with the addition, interior and exterior details.

This kit is compatible with the following mobile home kits:
HO-3014 (The Englewood Mobile Home)
HO-3015 (The Ventoura Mobile Home): Paul & Verna's detail kit Includes modern windows specific to this kit.

Paul & Verna's Trailer detail kit will provide character and a back story to a "neat & tidy" retired couple's home sweet home. The kit has laser cut and 3D printed details to populate your yard and detail the interior of the trailer.
